Nov 5, 2016 · If that doesn't work, try the Manual Adaptation method: Switch ignition on. Close doors if open. Move sunroof selector to neutral (closed) position. Pull down on selector (as if closing from a tilted position) and hold for 10 seconds. The sunroof will start to move, throughout all of its positions.

The central locking works from the buttons on the door once in the car and the lights blink when locking / unlocking with the key. I have had the fob checked for a signal and was told it is ok.
Dec 16, 2006 · With your car keys in hand, step out of the car and lock the car using the key, holding it in the "close all windows and sunroof" position (IIRC, this is holding it to the right). You may want to have a window or two open as you do this, to be sure you are doing it properly. Once the windows are closed, wait a couple of seconds and the sunroof

From previous experience the microswitch can be a PITA to properly clean and sometimes the best way of fixing is to replace the bonnet lock mechanism. The lock mechanism can be bought for less than £40 and takes 10-15 minutes to fit. G.
